• Raw HealthKit data (such as time-series heart rate samples, GPS routes, and precise location data) remains on your device and is never uploaded.
• Derived workout summaries (such as distance, duration, average pace, average heart rate, and calories) are synced to Trainable’s servers to support training history and plan adaptation.HealthKit access is optional. You may use Trainable without connecting Apple HealthKit by logging workouts manually.2.4 Automatically Collected InformationWe automatically collect limited technical information, including:
• Anonymous internal user identifiers
• Subscription entitlement status
• App version and iOS version

• You decide whether to follow, modify, or ignore any recommendationTrainable does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content and disclaims liability arising from reliance on such content.6. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum age to use the Service is 13 years
• Users under 13 are prohibited from using Trainable
• Users under 18 are encouraged to consult a parent or guardian before trainingIf you misrepresent your age, we may suspend or terminate access.7. ACCOUNTS & AUTHENTICATIONTo access certain features, you must create an account.
• Trainable uses Sign in with Apple as its authentication method
• Your Apple ID credentials are never shared with Trainable
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple IDYou agree that:
• You will not share or misuse account access
• You are responsible for all activity under your accountTrainable is not responsible for issues arising from loss of access to your Apple ID.8. ACCEPTABLE USEYou agree to:
